Ingredients

  • Kashmiri tea leaves

  • Baking soda

Instructions

  1. Boil water with tea leaves, star anise, cinnamon, and cardamom.
  2. Add baking soda and continue boiling for 5 minutes.
  3. Pour in ice water and strain the tea concentrate.
  4. Add milk, half and half, and sugar. Simmer and then remove from heat.
