  • Beef Stock Cube (1, reduced salt)
  • Boiling Water (1 pint)
  • Worcestershire Sauce (2 tablespoons)
  • Ground Black Pepper (a pinch)
  • Medium Potatoes (6)
  • Peas (2 cups)

Instructions

  1. Prep and sauté onions, carrots, and celery in oil.
  2. Brown minced beef, then add flour.
  3. Create sauce with stock cube, water, Worcestershire sauce, and pepper. Simmer.
  4. Cook and mash potatoes.
  5. Cook peas.
  6. Serve mince with mashed potatoes and peas.

Notes
