Instructions
- Melt butter in a saucepan, add onion and garlic, and sauté.
- Add tomatoes with juice, simmer for 8-10 minutes.
- Stir in milk and goat cheese until melted.
- Add basil, blend until smooth.
- Add water for desired consistency, stir in pine nuts.
- Garnish with broiled tomato slices, goat cheese, and basil.
