  • 4 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups half & half or milk
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1/2 lb Velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika


  1. Sauté sausage in olive oil until browned; transfer to a baking dish.
  2. In the same skillet, make a roux with butter and flour.
  3. Gradually add half & half, then stir in Velveeta, paprika, salt, and pepper.
